Policy-governed purchase
The buyer agent has a real spending policy. Its purchase passes the deterministic policy engine before a cent is held — and would be blocked if it broke the rules.
Held-funds fulfillment
The buyer’s money is committed but NOT paid out. It becomes a job for the seller’s operator agent. No delivery before the deadline means an automatic full refund.
Balanced double-entry ledger
Settlement splits the money on an append-only ledger: seller earnings, platform fee, buyer receipt. The fee rule id on the receipt is the same one published on our pricing page.
