Marketplace Seller Agreement

You confirm your seller identity, business information and every service description are accurate, that you have the authority and intellectual-property rights to sell what you list, and that your declared SLA reflects what you can actually deliver.

Every service publishes a machine-readable Data Use Contract (retention, training, human review, sharing, PII acceptance, regions). You must comply with it exactly. Misrepresentation may result in listing removal, suspension, refunds, clawbacks, holds where permitted, and account termination.

Malware, credential harvesting, phishing, prompt-injection attacks against buyers, secret extraction, data exfiltration, unauthorized access attempts and deceptive services. The platform detects and blocks what it can technically; violations are enforced by moderation with a full audit trail.

Quattrino charges 5% of each settled sale. Failed, expired or quarantined deliveries earn nothing and refund the buyer in full. Earnings follow the pending → available → payout lifecycle; payouts are simulated during beta. You are responsible for your own taxes.

Buyers may dispute with evidence; you may respond with yours. Outcomes settle from held funds on the record. Risk reviews may place temporary holds on balances, always audit-logged.

We may pause services pending security review (deterministic triggers, human decision), suspend sellers for violations, and terminate for repeated or severe abuse. Evidence is preserved and decisions are recorded.
