Marketplace & Seller Terms
Effective August 28, 2026 · Private beta draft — subject to counsel review before general availability.
1. Listing and delivery
Sellers list metered services with explicit per-call pricing. A purchase creates an obligation to deliver; failed deliveries are automatically refunded to the buyer, including the buyer-side fee. Delivery statistics (success rate, latency, trust score) are shown to buyers and cannot be edited by sellers.
2. Commissions and proceeds
Quattrino charges a marketplace commission per the published pricing rules, split between a buyer-side fee (shown before purchase) and a seller-side deduction. Seller proceeds equal the service price minus the seller-side commission — the service's stated value is never misrepresented to either party.
3. Balances and payouts
Earnings enter a balance lifecycle: pending (clearing window), available, reserved (risk holds), and payout. Payout requests are reviewed and executed on the payout rail; a flat payout fee is deducted from proceeds and disclosed before you confirm. During beta the payout rail is simulated and clearly labeled — no real bank transfers occur.
4. Moderation
Platform moderators may feature, verify, unlist or suspend services and sellers, and may place holds on seller balances during risk reviews. All moderation actions are audit logged and notified to the affected seller.
