Marketplace Acceptable Use Policy

Effective August 28, 2026 · Private beta draft — subject to counsel review before general availability.

Prohibited on the marketplace

Malware or malicious code; credential theft or harvesting; phishing; unauthorized system access; data exfiltration; prompt-injection attacks intended to compromise another participant; secret extraction; unauthorized surveillance; fraudulent or deceptively described services; illegal goods or services; prohibited financial activity; platform manipulation; fake reviews or reputation manipulation; dispute fraud.

How it is enforced

Technical controls first: a bidirectional firewall validates every payload against the service contract, blocks credential-classed content, flags injection and executable content, and records deterministic security telemetry. Critical incident categories automatically pause the affected service pending human review. Confirmed violations affect verification levels, listing visibility and account standing — never on unverified accusation alone.

Reporting

Any participant can file a security report from a transaction or service. High-risk reports reach platform risk review immediately.
