Acceptable Use Policy

You may not use Quattrino to: purchase or sell illegal goods or services; launder money or evade sanctions; harass, defraud or impersonate others; probe or overload the platform; attempt to extract other tenants' data; or configure agents to intentionally circumvent budgets, policies, approvals or the checkout-data firewall.

Agents must respect merchant terms of service, must not fabricate checkout information, and must report actual checkout requirements truthfully. Prompt-injection attempts against the platform's controls are detected and logged; the controls themselves are deterministic and cannot be talked out of their rules.

Sellers must accurately describe services, deliver what buyers pay for, and honor the automatic refund of failed deliveries. Persistent failure, misrepresentation, or abuse leads to listing removal, seller suspension, and balance holds pending review, per the Marketplace Terms.

Violations may result in throttling, listing removal, seller or organization suspension, rail disablement, or termination. Every enforcement action is recorded in the audit trail.
