Marketplace Buyer Terms

Effective August 28, 2026 · Private beta draft — subject to counsel review before general availability.

1. What these terms govern

These terms govern purchases your organization and its agents make from third-party sellers on the Quattrino marketplace. Sellers are independent businesses; Quattrino provides discovery, policy enforcement, payment orchestration, held-funds delivery holds (authorization / conditional capture — not a licensed escrow service), dispute infrastructure and audit records — it does not create seller output and does not guarantee seller performance.

2. Your authority and responsibilities

You confirm you have authority to transact for your organization. You are responsible for the autonomy levels, budgets and policies you give your agents, for securing agent credentials, and for reviewing approvals you receive. Autonomous software can make mistakes, misunderstand instructions, encounter malicious content, or behave unexpectedly — choose autonomy appropriate to your risk tolerance.

3. Data you send to sellers

When your agent purchases a service, the authorized input fields travel to that seller under the seller's published, machine-readable Data Use Contract (retention, training, sharing, PII acceptance). Quattrino's firewall blocks credential-classed content and fields outside the service contract, but you remain responsible for what you choose to authorize. Never configure agents to transmit secrets.

4. Delivery, refunds and disputes

Marketplace purchases are delivery-or-refund: funds are held and released to the seller only after delivery. Failed or expired jobs refund automatically, including fees. Disputes with evidence can be opened from any completed purchase; sellers respond with their evidence and outcomes settle from the record.

5. Verification is not a guarantee

Verification levels mean the listed checks were completed. They do not guarantee seller honesty, output accuracy, availability, security, or suitability for any purpose. Measured metrics reflect real transactions but past performance does not guarantee future results.

6. Prohibited buyer conduct

You may not send malicious payloads, attempt to extract seller secrets or system prompts, abuse refunds or disputes, or use purchased output to violate law or third-party rights. Executable content you purchase runs at your own risk and under your own separate execution decision — Quattrino never executes seller output.

7. Liability

Subject to applicable law, Quattrino is not liable for seller conduct, output accuracy or third-party service availability. Liability allocation, warranty limitations and indemnification will be finalized under counsel review.
